Agreement
This agreement legally binds (“Customer”) and Betric Disposal LLC to the conditions listed below and in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado in effect at the time of signing this agreement. Betric Disposal LLC agrees to provide “Customer” with non-hazardous solid waste collection, transportation, disposal. This agreement also applies to all subsequent transactions between “Customer” and Betric Disposal LLC.
Loading Instructions
The containers must not be filled with any amount of hazardous materials or waste as defined by the Colorado Department of Toxic Substance Control. None of the following shall be placed in the container, tires, televisions and electronics (Effective July 2013 Colorado State Law states: It is illegal to place electronic items in the landfill), fluorescent light bulbs, paint, stain or any other coating, batteries, appliances, motor oil or oil filters, household chemicals of any kind, pesticides, automotive fluids of any kind, aerosol cans containing any fluid, asbestos or lead containing materials, dead animals, septic tank waste or propane tanks. No liquids shall be placed in the container. Any of the above-mentioned items found to be placed into Roll-off container after dumping at the landfill will be properly disposed of at a facility of Betric Disposal LLC choice and customer will be billed for any fee’s and labor involved. The containers must be loaded uniformly with nothing loaded above the top of the container. Concrete, asphalt, dirt and other heavy materials may not be more than 1/3 of the container load. Hard to handle items are subject to additional charges at the local disposal facilities.
Rates
RATES:
The rates charged for standard service includes delivery, container rental for 14 days from the day of delivery, pick-up, and disposal (up to included specified weights). A daily charge of $15/day applies for dumpster retained past the initial 14 day term. Additional fees may apply in the following circumstances: Required movement or removal of a container due to customer error and customer moving container.
Additional Fees:
Disposal fees for loads that exceed the included weight. Overweight charges if a load exceeds the 7,000 pound weight limit. Delay charges if container cannot be dumped or accessed due customer error or negligence. Labor charges to adjust uneven, unsafe or overloaded containers.
Customers will be charged for any material not accepted by the local disposal facilitie depending on extra handling and proper disposal costs. At the discretion of Betric Disposal LLC, any unaccepted material may be returned to the customer at customer expense. The undersigned understands that full payment of balance is due upon receipt of invoice.
Delivery & Release of liability
All equipment furnished by Betric Disposal LLC shall remain the property of Betric Disposal LLC, however the customer shall have care, custody, and control of the equipment and shall bear responsibility for all loss or damage to the equipment and for its contents while at the customer’s location. Customer shall not move or alter the equipment and shall use the equipment only for its intended purpose. Customer shall not climb in or on any container or allow others to do so. Betric Disposal LLC shall not be held responsible for injury or death to any party as a result of misuse. Customer shall provide unobstructed access to the equipment on the scheduled pick-up day. Betric Disposal LLC is not responsible for any damage to customer’s property resulting from the service provided by Betric Disposal LLC and customer warrants that the right of way is sufficient to bear the weight and physical dimensions of the Betric Disposal LLC equipment and vehicles. Engaging In Our Services(s) Constitutes a Legally Binding Service Agreement: By using or engaging in our service(s), you hereby acknowledge and agree to the above terms and conditions. Betric Disposal LLC takes all dumpster orders over the phone or via our website. Therefore, we may be unable to obtain a written and or signed service agreement. For all intents and purposes regarding financial and or legal issues, the terms and conditions found here shall constitute a legally binding service agreement and shall have the same force and effect as a signed service agreement.
